The Vaults is a restaurant in the basement of The Braye Beach Hotel. When they approach us with their idea and the basement at the time was a secondary lounge and a wine cellar. When renovating the basement, we had to stripe out the entire inside and remove the vertical wine cellar.
Seating area, a bar and a pouch were the three major aspects that we have to design and build. The inside was to be a steakhouse decor with light colours, burnt wood and finished off with copper fittings and fixtures.
The overall look and feel has been welcomed by Alderney residents. We’re proud of the uniqueness of the project to the Island
